This was actually the most sense you were going to get out of her when she was drunk. "I told him I wanted nothing more to do with the elders but no one listens anymore." She went to sit on her chair but missed. "Ouch." She felt herself slip into unconsciousness because of the amount of alcohol she had drank. And Leo wouldn't be able to heal her because it was self inflicted.

(Phoebe can unfreeze leo by using Piper's powers)

Phoebe sighed heavily. She didn't know what to say...what could she say? She knew how much Piper and Leo had to fight, though for the past few years they didn't. But didn't Leo say that the Elders wouldn't make him and Piper seperate again? Phoebe knew she wouldn't be able to talk sense into her sister right now- she was drunk! She watched Piper try to sit down but miss the chair. "Piper..." she said helplessly as Piper slipped into unconsciousness. She remembered Leo was frozen and channeling Piper's powers, she aimed to unfreeze him but instead used the wrong power and blew up an expensive set of lights. Piper's gonna kill me when she comes to her senses... She aimed again and this time, thankfully unfroze Leo.

"Piper. you know...." he was saying" not realizing what had happened. Then it hit him. "Piper? Piper?!" he said as he waent over to her and tried to heal her. "damn it, self inflicted wound. What happened?" he asked Phoebe, picking Piper up in his arms and putting her upright in the chair. "This has got to stop" he said as he was trying to get her to sit up; it wasn't working.
