The O.C, Orange County, California. Newport Beach is the home of the rich, the powerful and the beautiful. But not is what it seems at newport beach, There is drama, and always some scandle happening. Life is never dull Here. Life is about to change for the residents of newport beach and people's past is going to make an appeance. Past they would rather forget. Zach is once again trying to get Summer's effection while she is still currently dating seth. Marissa and Ryan's on, off, on again relationship is well as it always is, but they are currently together again (for now.) Taylor townsend has started to get feelings for Ryan and so is plotting and scheming to try and brake ryan and marissa up. Kevin Volchok is once again back in newport and and causing trouble for everyone in Newport Beach espessically for Marissa and Ryan. Life will never again be the same for Newport beach residents.
(Note: The plot takes place at the beginning of season 3, so seth, ryan, summer and marissa will be in their senior year at harbor.)
