Name-Felicity Halliwell
Appearance-Felicity has light blue eyes with blond, wavy-ish, mostly straight, hair getting somewhere around the middle of her back. She has soft skin with a fair complexion. She's pretty tall and has a deceiving, fragile appearance. Her eyes are the most open part of her making them a bit brighter than usual sometimes.
Migical Being-Half witch,-half demon
Personality-Felicity has somewhat of a split personality. Growing up in the Underworld her heart was somewhat cold. Despite everything she had the ability to love and though she didn't cry it took her a lot of years to get over her mother's death but her brain subconsciously remembers what her mother had taught her for guidance.
She has a way of telling the truth in a matter making her almost arrogant when people ask her her opinion or her advice on a matter. Besides what it appears she keeps a lot of secrets magical and non-magical.
Felicity is sensitive deep down. It doesn't take much to rattle her and she has no patience altogether. She is very pessimistic not only looking at the bad side of things but looking at the bad things that could happen in the future making her very shy and somewhat timid.
She loves the sense of freedom and likes to do outdoor activities (running and surfing mostly) to calm her down. Felicity loves testing her limits though when it comes to something that she doesn't know what could or could not happen she tends to get away from doing it (::cough:: using powers ::cough:

Felicity is very friendly despite it all. But has a tendency of not thinking before she talks and if people say something she doesn't like she snaps back at them or leaves a rude comment (she's not very much on sarcasm, though when she uses it it's pretty erm...sarcastic lol).
When she really trusts/loes someone she'll never stop unless you do something evil/bad.
History-
It all started from the time Phoebe Halliwell was pregnant Cole's baby. That was Felicity right there. Orginally the baby didn't get vanquished. It was born. Sure a lot of bad things happened after that and Cole was left to raise his daughter for evil. There was great trouble when people heard that a Halliwell was in the Underworld and had somewhat power of the Underworld as she was the daughter of the Source and some even planned to kill Felicity as she had not received her powers.
But all of that changed when Carrie went to the future. And Felicity was supposedly vanquished in the Seer's stomach. Something happened though, perhaps a misbalance in the magic and Felicity didn't completely disappear. A powerful demon found Felicity and took her in saying that she was her mother.
And Felicity being only a child believed that was her mother and was led to believe her father was a mortal and had to be killed for Felicity's own good. The woman raised Felicity as her own trying to teach her to know only about evil and tought her how to fight seeing as she wasn't getting her powers. It worked up to some extent. Felicity knew how to act evil and acted evil most of the times.
The demon who took Felicity was worried about the times that Felicity acted normal/good so she started putting her under truth spell often to make sure she wasn't switching for good. It made Felicity extremely mad.
Around the age of 10 she started wondering around the Underworld. The demon told her not to do that too often for all she could expect was to get vanquished. Felicity didn't listen and kept wandering. She started to confront a lot of demons and because of her 'mother's' truth spells she ended up telling demons exactly what she thought about them. A lot of them tried to kill her and Felicity had to fight her way out of those fiascos. So she made a lot of enemies.
Around the time she was 11 one of Felicity's said enemies killed her 'mother' for revenge. One of her 'mother's' acquaintances brought Felicity to surface and left her in the middle of the street in San Fracisco.
She wondered the streets very confused as nobody came up to her and such after one day of being helplessly lost a middle age woman came up to her and asked where her mother was. Felicity had no answer for that and she was taken to an adoption agency.
None of the homes Felicity went to were too permanent as Felicity was raised as evil Except around the age 16 a family who lived in Washington took her and no matter what Felicity would do they kept her and managed to get her to go to school.
After a while Felicity stole money from the house and snuck away using the money to get to San Fracisco as she had gotten to know the town. She took the name Stepcon from her last families name and got a job. She was able to get a part time job and make enough for a small apartment. She was forced to go to school to keep the law of her back.
During the last year, at school, people started approaching her. Poeple who wanted to be her friend. That's when Felicity started to turn good and turned out to have Pheobe's gift of perspective as she was able to give a lot of people advice.
She hadn't forgotten about magic though. Still thinking that her father was mortal she thought she was gonna end up like him without any powers and she was glad. But finally she got her powers and realized that only her teleportation power matched the demon's who called herself her mother.

Felicity's alarm clock rang, Felicity's hand reached out and turned it off. She dug her head into her pillow and after a few seconds sat up slowly. Blinking a few times she finally remembered it was Monday morning and the law strongly recommended her to go to school.
Standing up she went to the bathroom and took a five minute shower. She brushed her hair and got dressed not bothering to blow dry her hair. Getting a pop tart she was out the door with her book bag over her shoulder 25 minutes after she got up. Getting into the pityful excuse of a car she had gotten enough money to buy she drove to school.
Once there, Elizabeth met up with her. "Hello," she said cheerfully as Felicity bit into her pop tart. Felicity grunted in response and Elizabeth tried to smile, "You aren't generally in a good mood during the mornings, are you?"
Felicity swallowed and said, "I am, but not when people come up to me just for advice."
"You said you'd get back to me!" Felicity sighed and said, "Pressure me and you might never find out."
Elizabeth narrowed her eyes, "I'm not gonna stop time waiting for you, Felicity."
"Then figure it out by yourself, hon," said Felicity and started to walk away from her when she noticed no one was moving.
Felicity's eyes widened at the fact that in one second her past had caught up with her. If this wasn't a sign that she was going to get her powers soon she didn't know what was.
