Well I am on about a billion sites, and am also Chris and Lucas on this one ;D (So since I am already those two, if you don't want me to take Cole, I shall be perfectly fine with that ;D)

Cole has dark brown and short hair. He has a fairly muscular build. Decently attractive.
Personality:
Though he absolutely will not accept it, Cole has some evil in him. Even though he is part evil, he will do absolutely anything to protect his one and only true love, Phoebe Halliwell. Though she has grown to hate him, it does not matter at all, he still loves her with all of his heart. No matter how many times she has killed him, his love does not falter.
History:
Cole was born and raised demon. Though he is part human, he was one of the strongest demons of all, and a right hand man to the Source of all evil. His old demon side, known as Balthazar, is not around anymore, but that was his full demon side, and he was strongest then, but evil took him over completely while in that form. He really had every intention of being evil until he met the love of his life, Phoebe Halliwell, a Charmed One. He knew that she could never love him since he was evil, so he become good for her. They were married, and he killed the Source, but that only made him become the Source. Phoebe became his Queen of the Underworld, and conceived their baby, fortold to be the greatest evil of all. But Phoebe realized that she was good, and the old seer stole her baby, and they killed the seer, with the baby inside. Though Phoebe did love him, she knew that he was the Source of all evil, and so they killed him.
But that didn't stop him, he came back after he collected enough demon powers from the Wasteland. But now, Phoebe would not love him anymore. Though she really did, she knew that she could not be with him because she hated who he was. He acquired so many powers that he was indestructable, and even though he wanted to die because he couldn't be with Phoebe, it was impossible. So when he became an Avatar, he rewound time, and made it so that Paige never became a Charmed One. But she somehow got in and ruined his plan anyways, and Phoebe ended up killing him, once again. And now he is back, thanks to the children of the charmed one's.

Chris had been sitting by himself on the floor to the attic of the manor. Though he did not live here, he spent a lot of time here since his mother, father, and two aunts and uncles all lived there. Every time he came it was just like another family reunion, all of them together in one place, but now he was finally getting some alone time in the attic. The Book of Shadows was laying next to him on the ground, open to a page of some new upper-level demon that they were after.
He let out a small sigh, looking distantly at the book. Suddenly, a strange feeling came over him, and made him almost sick to his stomach. This was no normal feeling either, he could tell that something was happening; he had to get downstairs to check on the family, fast. He stood up as fast as he could, making the feeling even worse, and sprinted for the door to the stairwell.
He turned the handle, the feeling intensifying tenfold, to where he didn't even think he could take it anymore, and felt like he was going to burst from the inside. As he took his first stride down the stairs, the feeling disappeared completely, causing him to falter slightly, and miss the next step. He stumbled, but caught himself before he fell completely over.
He stopped for a minute, listening, but hearing nothing downstairs. Then, he heard the voice of his aunt Phoebe, but it did not sound like the older voice he was used to, but like the voice from when he visited the past all the time. He rushed down the stairs, only to see it come true, it was the younger Phoebe. He looked wide-eyed at her, unable to speak, not sure how this was happening.
