Piper was stuggling, more than what she was letting on. She needed to be the strong one for her sister but she couldn't take much more. Demon attacks she could handle, Evil charmed ones she could handle, She could even handle her grand-daughter coming from the future but the one thing she couldn't cope with was her sister choosing magic school over them.
She sat in her club, there was an un-opened bottle of vodka on the table with a glass at the side of it. She was looking at it, she had made a promise to herself that no matter how bad things got she wouldn't resort to alcohol like she did when Phoebe became queen of the underworld.

Henry as coming down the sloping stairs to enter P3. As he headed for the bar where Piper might probably be, he lookd and saw her looking as if she was troubled over something. He spoke out as he walked over to his aunt.

Phoebe stood in the doorway of Piper's office at P3 and watched her sister with the vodka in front of her, but Phoebe knew that if things got worse that bottle wasn't going to stay closed. She saw Henry enter P3 and as he asked Piper if anything was wrong, she came out into sight as well. "I was just about to ask that."

Piper looked up when she heard her nepthew, she was going too answer when she heard her sister. She tried to mask her worries, hide what was really going though her head. "Nothing, I'm fine really.... how long you been there?" She asked phoebe since she had come out of her office.

Phoebe smiled sadly at her sister. "A while." She knew Piper was lying. She wasn't fine. Nor was Phoebe really. "How long have you been sitting there?"

"Chipper?" asked Phoebe with raised eye-brows. "You have it all wrong there hun. She's never the chipper one. The one time she was chipper it turned out she was under a spell by Leo," Phoebe corrected, smiling. She clearly remembered that time- Paige and Phoebe thought she had gone mad.

Piper looked at the clock, "Been sat here about.... half an hour." She said to her sister, before glancing slightly at the vodka bottle that were in front of her. It was tempting but she knew it wouldn't solve her problems and Piper couldn't afford to fall apart. Phoebe was having trouble with her powers because of the whole Cole thing and Paige was at magic school yet again... She was actually choosing magic school her her sisters.... over her family. Piper was resisting what she was feeling putting on a brave face when all she really wanted to do was break down.... She couldn't take much more.
"Level-headed.... I'll take that as a compliment." Looking at Phoebe she could tell that her 'act' wasn't working with her, But Phoebe could always tell when something was bothering Piper whether she was an empath or not.

"Piper...why do you hold it all in? In the end you'll just fall apart and you know it, it makes no sense," said Phoebe looking at her sister sadly. They couldn't be down three sisters- then they'd have no chance.

"Because someone has to be the strong one." Piper said simply. Piper had always chosen to hold everything in, stopped her from getting hurt as often. "I can't afford to fall apart... Someone's got to hold whats left of this family together." Why is it that at the time when they needed to be together everyone seemed to be moving futher apart. "And I'm not going to fall apart, Not this time...."

"Well Piper we're not alone this time. We have husbands, and children, and Billie to hold us all together. We're not the only ones in the family," she reminded her sister. "You will fall apart if you keep it up like this, trust me you will.

"I can't take much more Phoebe." She said as some tears started to form in her eyes, threatening to fall. She tried to hold them back but whether Piper liked it or not she couldn't hold back every emotion. It had been building up and she just needed to break down. "Demons I can handle...., our evil damn counter-parts I can handle!" She said as a tear fell down her face. "I can't lose another sister."

"Lose another sister?" Henry thought. HE knew this has to be his mom, Paige that Piper was talking about. But what did she mean? "Piper.... what do yuo mean by losing another sister? Is my mom in trouble or something?"
Henry was speaking out bold now. He now realised there that his mom and dad weren't around much lately. Was there a connection?

Phoebe answered the question. "No Henry, she's not in trouble. We don't mean losing her by her dying," she said sadly. "We mean losing her by the fact she's neglecting her sisters when they most need her." She decided to add in the next part, as Henry was old enough to understand now. "But if she's not careful, she might lose her sisters. The Magical World just got a whole lot worse, and alot less safe."
