History :: Paige was born on August 17 to Sarah and Johnathan Matthews, or at least that's what she believed for most of her life. As a teenager she was rebellious, a lot like Phoebe was actually. She smoked, drank, and snuck out of the house. she dileberately disobeyed her parents. She couldn't stand them at all. Then sadly, one day in a tragic turn of events her parents were killed in a car crash. She was in the car with them and was devastated. She often blamed herself for what happened because her father happened to be yelling at her when it happened. She always wondered why she didn't die in the crash and many years later she found out why.
When she was in her 20s she began to feel this connection with the Halliwell sisters even though she'd never once personally met them in her life. While attending Prue's memorial she finally met the 2 remaining Halliwell sisters. She wasn't even sure why she had come. Later she found out. She learned that the people who she'd thought were her parents, weren't acutally her parents. They were her adoptive parents. Her real parents were Patricia Halliwell and her whitelighter Samuel. Of course at the time, Paige didn't know what a whitelighter was but she did learn that she was one. She also learned she was a witch.
After learning to cope with the changes in her life she became incredibly close with the sisters, this of course was after they all got past their differences. Paige quit her job as a social worker in order to become a full time witch. After they vanquished Gideon and magic school was going to be closed, she became the headmistress of Magic School. After the tragic incident with Brody and the Avatars she realized she needed something knew. That's when she met Henry and the rest is history.
Personality :: Paige is very hard-working. She hates thinking about giving up on anything. You also don't want to get on her bad side because if you do it'll get ugly. She's willing to take risks in order to get something done. When she loves you she loves you and when she doesn't she doesn't. When tragedy strikes she's devastated and will stay that way for awhile especially if its someone who she really loves. She used to have very low self esteem but that has changed.
Current Events:: Right now Paige is under a lot of stress. With word from the elders about Zankou and Cole, not to mention the Evil Charmed Ones, and the news of the Evil Institute, its as if everything is collapsing around her and falling into evil. She was running the magic school by herself but thankfully, the Elders sent Raine Lorrick to help her co-run the magic school. Unfortunately she isn't spending much time with her sisters which could end up hurting the entire family.

Role Playing Example (At least two paragraphs please.) :: Shelby woke up to her alarm clock going off. She sat up and looked around the cabin at the 5 beds in a row across from her and the 4 beds in a row beside her. It was still dark out and it was pitch black in the cabin. She wanted to get in the bathroom before any of the other girls did, especially Juliette who took twice as long. Shelby never really understood why Juliette took so long. I mean they were in the mountains and everyone wore jeans, sweats, and t-shirt: nothing special. Plus it wasn't like she had to apply make-up.
While Shelby thought about it, she quietly climbed out of bed and tiptoed to the bathroom. On her way she hit her toe on Daisy's bed. "Sh*t," she whispered as she winced in pain. She made her way into the bathroom and shut the door before turning on the light. She ran the water and grabbed her soap and shampoo, got undressed, and got into the stall. She washed her body first. She wet and then shampooed her hair. She stood completely underneath the water letting it wash over her hair and body feeling like she was trying to wash away all her problems.
