Melinda orbed into her mother's office. Well under her desk to be exact. She was doing what she used to do when she was younger, hide. After what happened at home now the whole family knew what they did and Chase was denying it all. She lent her head against the desk. She knew that her mom and dad would be here any minute because there was no doubt that her mother would have told Leo to go after her. She sighed. "We should never had said that stupid spell."

Piper orbed with Leo into P3, but Piper at first saw Melinda no where. Hearing a soft noice near her desk she bent down and immediately remembered when little Phoebe was hiding after present Phoebe had accidentily summoned her older and younger self once. Hey first reaction was opening her mouth to quarrel with her but something else inside of her supressed her. "Melinda..."

Melinda sighed glanced and saw her mother, She had expected her to yell at her but when she saw her expression soften she smiled weakly. "Hey mom... I screwed up big time huh?" She asked already knowing the answer, she didn't want to come out from her hiding place yet - she felt safer where she was. "I'm sorry." She said as she felt some tears forming in her eyes.

Piper was again going to quarrel, but for the second time something seemed to stop her. Despite the curse, her love for Melinda stopped it as it wasn't fully on her yet- if it was she'd be dead. "Yea, you did," she said but not harshly. "But we'll help you fix it." She felt the wave of dizziness again but it went away in a few seconds.

"We've tried fixing it. We've done everything we can think off. Your right we should have told you sooner but i was scared." She wiped her tear away. "Mum you okay?" She notcied something different about her mother. Something that wasn't right.

"I'm fine," she said, again her voice coming out slightly harsh. "Well maybe your aunts and I can fix it then, we're the Charmed ones after all." she concluded. She had never made it seem that the Charmed Ones were more powerful, even if it was true but why should she care for that now? Power wasn't her thing.

After they orbed into the club, Piper found their daughter under the desk. They began talking, and then he saw Piper teeter a bit. She waved it off like it was nothing, but leo knew better. Something was going on with Piper these past few days. "You sure you're ok?" Leo asked, just making sure.

Melinda lent against the back the desk. She wasn't going to come out from under that desk. Oh no not for anyone. She fiddled with the ends of the white streak in her hair. "I hate my life." She muttered not sure if they heard her or not but her mother was scaring her when she was acting like this

Leo went over to the desk and bent down. "Yes, I know you did. But what are you afraid of?" he asked as he looked at her eyes. He could see a lot of pain in them, but he just wished that he could get her to trust them enough so she would open up to them.

"She knows she won't get attacked here," Piper said, frowning at her husband. "She know's my club is safe Leo." Piper turned back to Melinda. "Now. What's your problem? You only complain, complain, complain and want, want, want. Well guess what. You can't get everything in life and complaing doesn't help."

"Piper" Leo said as he shot her a 'That isn't helping' look. "I know she knows the club is safe, but I am trying to figure out what is holding her back. Are you sure you're ok?" he asked as he he gave her a quick look-over.

Leo now knew why Melinda wasn't coming out. He had put two and two together and (got 4..lol j/k) came up with the reason. She hated it when Piper was like this. That was what was probably scaring her.
