Paige was sat on the beach, her powers was giving her some trouble, for a start Paige had to be careful about what she was saying... becasuse she said someones name they would orb there or if she thought about someone or thing enough that would orb too. The thought of it scared her.... what if she orbed the source there or something much more worse. She needed some sisterly advice, Phoebe was always busy with work and Piper well she didn't want to worry her. "Piper..."

Piper closed her car door and pushing back some of her hair made her way towards the beach. She had heard rumours about another water Demon...and the scary part was, she had dreamt about one just a few weeks ago, and it was very likely it had meterialized. Sge saw Paige sitting on the sand and was a bit surprised. Her youngest sister had been rather pre=occupied with Magic School lately. Hearing her say her name she frowned slightly. "Paige?" she asked. "What's wrong?"

Paige jumped when she heard Piper's voice. "Please don't say i made you orb here." She said with a groan. She knew that she hadn't spent much time at home, She had stayed at magic school pretty much for everyone else's safety. She didn't want to orb something to the manor that they couldn't handle. "My powers are driving me crazy."

"No I drove here, with something called a car," said Piper before smiling gently. "Well Paige honey you're going to learn to control it, just like you did with all of the others. Don't you remember when you couldn't orb at will, but you learned to do that. Or when you could first sense charges. The ringing in your ears was terrible, from what you told us but you got through all of that," said Piper assuringly.

"Don't remind me." Paige said weakly. "I hated playing catch up with my powers. You and phoebe could handle your powers. While I just orbed everytime I got scared. The constant ringing in the ears gave me a headache."

"You're kidding me right?" asked Piper before sitting down next to Paige. "Ok listen honey, none of us has had it easy," she sighed. Prue had always been good at the big sister advise but after years of experience she herself had gotten quite talented at it. "Phoebe couldn't control her premonitions- she still can't. We have to be grateful that at least after time, we can control our powers where some never can," she pointed out.
"Then when she got her Empathy she sent us crazy. She felt our emotions all the time and kept butting in, do you remember that?" asked Piper, smiling in an amused fashion at those memories. "And trust me when I say knowing when you freeze a scene, knowing you could risk blowing up someone instead is not nice," she relayed.

"When Phoebe kept butting in when I was trying to help the montana's." She smiled at the memory "But all I have to do is say someone's name of think about them enough and they'll orb to me. I could expose magic.... what if I orb something to us that we can't vanquish... Its why i've been hiding out at magic school." She had never told her sisters about her fear of her powers before.

"I really hate to top that Paige but, you know the demon we told you about that killed mom?" she asked, feeling sad at mentioning their mother. "I think he's back...I got a little tip off," she recalled, looking down. "And what's worse I had a dream about it the a few weeks ago," she admitted, looking back up. She was silently referring to her Meterilization power.

"What?" Paige shook her head. "Someone up there really hates us." She looked at her sister, "Come on we're going to do something about the water demon before somebody does get hurt." Paige didn't want history to repeat its self.

"Paige we needed Prue to vanquish it last time and we don't have her now," informed Piper, getting up from the beach and dusting herself off. "Teleknetic orbing wouldn't help, nor would Phoebe's powers....the last time the witch with the freezing power tried it didn't turn out so well," she said, starting to walk back towards the water.

"Electricity. Well actually Sam- your dad- let the water demon enter him then made prue turn on the electricity...and Sam died," she recalled. "Bet the elders made him whitelighter again so..." before she finished she noticed the glint in Paige's eyes. "Oh no."
