Rowan stood up top of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is where he could be found if he wasn't attending class at the Magic School or reading in the Magic School Library. He had alot on his mind. Rowan took a deep breath as he looked onto the ocean. The ocean couldn't calm him. Nothing could.
Rowan was born into a world where there was bloodshed and violence. He despies those aspects of the world but that was the world so far. He wondered what it would be like if the earth was a paradise, no fighting, just love. Of course that could never happen. Because the world wasn't a nice place.

Trixie appeared on top of the bridge in a ball.cloud of smoke. The wind immediately cleared the smke away. Her hair blew in the wind and she turned. It was a little chilly since the sun had gone down but it didn't bother Trixie. She was used to the cold because it was always like that in the Underworld. That's probably why as the wind whipped against her exposed arms and midriff she welcomed and embraced it.
She gazed out into the human world. She smirked as she looked below and saw a car accident where people were out of their cars screaming at each other. She loved chaos just as much as she loved power. She turned around as if noticing for the very first time that she wasn't alone. Then she noticed who it was. "Hello...Rowan," she said in her usual monotone voice.

Rowan snapped out of his thought and looked over to see Trixie. "Hi." He greeted. His eyes then returned to the ocean. His thoughts wouldn't leave his mind and most of the memories of his horrible childhood resurfaced. He pushed those into the back of his mind.

Trixie followed his gaze as he stared out into the ocean. "Thinking tragic thoughts again?" she asked raising an eyebrow. As much as she loved disruption and chaos she hated seeing him disturbed. Of all people she hated seeing Rowan Angelark, witch, whitelighter, and friend of the Charmed Ones, disturbed. Of course she would never admit this to anyone. She barely liked to admit it to herself.

Rowan looked to Trixie and nodded. "Yeah, I guess I am." Rowan admitted. "How could you tell?" He asked. It was probably obvious he was thinking like that. Rowan wasn't really happy lately. He was.... depressed.

"Well for one, the usual happy gleam that's in your eyes isn't there." She looked away from the ocean and down at the car accident on the bridge that was now surrounded by ambulances. She smirked. "And two, you haven't orbed down there yet to see if anyone was hurt," she said looking up at him, the smirk still playing on her lips.

"Well, I guess it's that obvious." Rowan said. He sighed as he looked to the accident. "Let someone else be the hero." Rowan sighed. "And I'm just alittle depressed." Rowan spoke again. He sat down and pulled his knees up to his chest.
He was really depressed. Rowan rarely got depressed. The last time he was depressed he had almost let Darklighter kill him. But then he was saved.

Trixie let the smirk fizzle away. She looked down at him and kneeled beside him. "You're like really serious aren't you," she said with a worried look on her face. It was rare she showed such worry or compassion for anyone, but she couldn't explain it.
"Oh come you have got to cheer up. You're totally ruining the excitement of the accident for me." She looked at him again and said,"Come one. I'll even let you lecture me about how serious the accident is and give you 'tragedy is not funny' speech."

Rowan looked to Trixie. He sighed before he orbed out, green orbs accompanying him. Rowan appeared on the bridge and ran over to some EMTs and firemen. "Is everyone alright?" He asked. The guardian within him started to come out. "We believe so." An EMT answered.
Suddenly, Rowan was able to sense someone in distress. Rowan looked over his shoulder. He had saw alittle girl that was stuck in a car that was on fire. It looked like it was ready to blow at anytime. Without thinking, Rowan dashed off at top speed. He hopped over cars that were in his way.
Rowan then ran over to the car and tried to force the door open. He was able to get it open and the little girl out. She was scared and Rowan was able to sense that. Rowan started to run from the car before it had exploded. Debris flew everywhere as people watched. Did the hero and the girl survive?

Trixie watched on from on top of the bridge. Of course she surprised herself by being worried about Rowan and the little girl's safety. *What's happening to me?* she thought to herself.
*You're going soft. First you become friends with a whitelighter and friend of the Charmed Ones and then you're worried about his safety* said a voice in the back of her mind. She shook her head making the thoughts go away and then turned back to the scene at hand.

A cough could be heard as Rowan made his way through the debris. He held the young child in his arms as he made his way back to the ambulances. People cheered as they saw him. The EMTs took the girl from him and two of them made their way over to him. "Don't worry about me, examine the girl." He told them. He coughed as they two EMTs joined the others.
Rowan made sure no one was looking before he orbbed back onto the top of bridge. He appeared next to Trixie again. "There. Happy?" He said.

"You could say that," Trixie said shrugging. "I mean as much as the possibility of someone getting hurt or the possiblity of chaos ensuing makes me smile, the fact that you're not so depressed anymore makes me smiled even more." She didn't even look at him when she said it becuase she couldn't even believe the words coming out of her mouth.

Rowan was amazed by the words that left Trixie's lips. What was going on? "Really?" Rowan said. "Wow." He added. He was really surprised. He looked itno Trixie's eyes with his mesmerzing hazel hues.
"I'm still not happy." He admitted.

"True but its a start right,"she said smirking. She looked into his eyes and then looked away walking to the other side of the bridge. She traced the fury markings that were visible on her arms as the wind blew through her hair again.

Rowan looked to the Triquetra tattoo that was on his arm. He had got it on his 18th birthday, showing that he cared about his Wiccan heritage, even if he was only half Witch. "So...." Rowan said, breaking the silence. "Um...." He trailed off. He couldn't think of anything to say. He was too busy thinking about Trixie's beauty.
He did have a crush on her. He never admitted it but he did. He thought about what would it be like if he was with her. But then he remembered the reality they were in.
