When Melinda was a baby she had her powers bound due to her destroying half of the house with her force waves. One day at the mall she was kidnapped by a crazy lady who was on vacation from Las Vegas with her husband and her 11 month old daughter named Raine. The mother killed Raine by beating her through child abuse when her husband was not around. She needed a replacement and took Melinda since they were around the same age. 16 years had passed since then and the Halliwell family is still torn by these events. Unable to find their daughter most of them give up, except for Piper. Raine had become fascinated with the craft on her own. She purchased a wicca book in a shop in Las Vegas and upon saying the incantation in the book to awaken powers, felt her own come back to her. Raine began to hear voices in her head and thought she was going crazy. Upon awakening her powers she was put back into the magical radar once more, and Piper, who had not given up hope on Melinda continued to scry for her, eventually finding her in Las Vegas. Can they find her and convince her to come with them before something horrible happens?
