Prue was a ghost, coporeal, but a ghost. She never told her sisters about her children . . . .
When Piper was in college and Pheobe in high school Prue traveled to Ireland. There she met and married a man, a witch (of which she had no idea) and had four beautiful children, Aiden, Ailín, and the twins, Áine and Aisling.
Piper and Pheobe never knew because the children lived with their father in Ireland.
Years later after Prue's death and the finding of Paige the children venture from Ireland to see their mother. The sisters welcome them with open arms and joy.
But with the sweet come the sour. In an unexpected move the "Powers that Be" offer to make Prue a human, to make it as if the past few years never existed, but to have time continue on . . . in exchange for her children's lives. She refuses but as unhelpful as usual the "Powers that Be" vanquish the children in front of their mother's eyes.
Pheobe and Paige are furious and Piper hearbroken. Prue remembers nothing of the past fews years only of Shax attacking.
Aiden, Ailín, Áine and Aisling have been banished to the Shadowland where Spectors roam free feeding on human souls.
To help save the children an Enchantress (a demi-goddess) is sent to assist them, no one knows by whom. They only hope they're not too late . . . . .
