Charmed Haven
In the year 2000, a genetically enhanced female child super-soldier was created, along with 11 others like her, at a secret government institution. At the institution, codenamed Manticore, they were created and subsequently raised and trained to be soldiers and assassins. These children were created and born with the powers of the Charmed Ones, Telekinesis, Temporal Statis, and Premontions, along with their grown versions--Dr. Williamson ((from Season 2)) had sent in samples of the sisters' blood in after finding the magical qualities of it. After escaping Manticore eight years later, the children split up in order to throw off their pursuers.
Ten years go by and the youngest of the bunch is now grown up as are her 'siblings'. Camilla was taken in and raised as a daughter to Prue Halliwell--the eldest Charmed One. Cam, like the other transgenics, knows what she is, where she comes from, and will not tell anybody about her past. But soon, the Manticore agents begin to look for them and as the clock races, they all have to find each other, before they are all caught.
As they begin to search for one another, Prue, Piper, Phoebe, and the rest of the Halliwell family finds out where their adoptive family member came from, and what she is, and instead of facing magical demons, they're facing Cam's personal demons.
