((This is going way off the boundaries of history here, as it seems I am re-writing history, so if you have any problems, please forgive me.))
The Plot
The year is 1550. Henry VIII Tudor is still in rule of England, together with his current wife, Anne Boleyn. England is now in a state of prosperity. Katherine of Aragon, whom Henry divorced, is now dead, and the Royal Couple are in rejoyce, not only because the woman is dead, but at the birth of their son, an heir to the great throne of England. Henry IX Tudor is the most loved person in all the land, except for his father, and his younger sister, Elizabeth Tudor is the apple of every man's eye. Mary Tudor, the elder half-sister and daughter of the King and former Queen, Katherine, is living in her estate in Wales, planning a visit to Whitehall Palace, and her family. She doesn't know that her mother is dead, her father remarried, and definently doesn't know that she has two half-siblings who are the great favorite of her father.
But then enter the Brandon brothers, Thomas and James, who are the sons of Charles Brandon, the 1st Duke of Suffolk. Troublemakers in their own way and great friends to the Prince, they are appointed to Royal Court status at the bidding of young Henry, and there they meet Mary and Elizabeth, who aren't getting along at all since Mary came to know the present truth. Soon both sets of siblings catch the eyes of each other--James to Elizabeth and Thomas to Mary--and right under the eyes of the strict King, start a secret romance, much like Henry did with Anne.
So what happens when secrets are discovered and the truth comes out? Find out in the new era of the Tudor Family.
