Summer orbed into the conservatory, glancing round she could hardly contain her happiness since it was the first time she had orbed to the place she was aiming for, usually she went off course.... last time she ended up in the underworld.
She looked at some of the pictures that were around, proberly her grams handy work. She liked to keep pictures round. She picked one up, it was of her grams and her great aunts, Phoebe and Paige. She smiled, it had been ages since she had seen this picture.

Chris walked slowly into the Conservatory, on his way to the Living Room to take a little rest. When he walked in he saw Summer. He smiled lightly, "Hey Summ." He knew that she didn't like it when he called her that, but it was a habit of his. Though she had only been back for a little bit, he felt like they had known each other for a long time. Obviously, since he already had his little nickname for her. He noticed that she was looking at a picture of his mom and aunts. He smiled again, he knew that she wished she got to know them better, but this was her chance.

"Hey Dad." She smiled, when he said her nickname. Usually she hated it when he called her it, only her friends could get away with calling her Summ. She was surprised how quickly he had bonded with her in this time, she had been expecting a huge challenge. She knew how stubborn her father could be, about the same that her grams could be maybe even worse. "I miss them dad." She knew that they were here in this time but what if they couldn't change it? Summer couldn't go back to her time when she knew they wouldn't be there.

Chris, very slowly, walked over to his daughter. He lightly rested his right hand on her left shoulder, and looked down over her shoulder at the picture that she was holding. The classic picture of the three of them on the couch together, that picture had always kind of been a sign of their relationship, and their power together. "Hey, don't worry about it. I know that you guys will be able to change this. I did it once, you can do it again." He smiled lightly. He felt like he really had good ways to sympathize with Summer through this time because he had already gone back to the past to change his future, so he knew exactly how hard it could be.

"Yeah but I'm the screw up of the family." She said putting the photo down and turned round to face her father. Summer had a talent for getting herself into trouble but she seemed to be able to talk herself out of trouble every time. Been the youngest of her siblings and the only girl she got away with a lot of things. But summer had never been able to control her powers, She could only orb when she got scared and panicked and even then she didn't get to the place she was aiming for. As for her telepathy that tended to cause her a lot of troubles, espessically when there was loads of people round her.... hearing all their thoughts at once gave her a head ache. Her force field generation was the only one she could control when she wanted. "What if we make things worse?" Summ couldn't see how things could get worse in her time but you never know.

Chris didn't know his daughter in the future, obviously, because she came back to stop him and the rest of the family from dying, but he did know that she couldn't be that bad. "Look Summer. You can't always control your powers; big deal." He stated as kindly as he could. "Not everyone gets them right away. They take a while to master. Ask your aunt Paige about that, it took her a long time to be able to actually orb to where she wanted to go. For the first bit of time, she could basically only orb if there was a fireball shooting for her head." He smiled lightly, trying to make her feel better, he knew that she would get her powers down, it was just a matter of time.
"And don't worry about if you don't change it. You will. Even if you don't, come back. Try again. But I personally know that you can do it. There is nothing a Halliwell witch can't do when they put their mind to it."

"Oh no i really am that bad, when it comes to power I suck at them. Potions I'm good at." But she had her grams to thank for that. But there was times when she made even the simpliest potion go with a bang. "I would ask aunt paige, if i could actually find her." She sighed, he did make her feel alittle bit better but the thing she was worried about the most was changing things too much and made it so her and her siblings won't born, thats what terrified her.

Lately, Chris had been getting a lot stronger with his telepathy powers. Before he could hardly use it at all with his charges, but now he could use it more often. So he overheard what Summer was thinking to herself, and all the worries that she had running through her head. "Summer, don't worry. I will make sure that you guys are born. I know that I am supposed to have these kids in the future, I will make it happen." He smiled, really hoping that he would be calming Summer down.

She smiled weakly. "I know, but.... I'm scared." Summer would never admit to any one that she was scared so this was pretty much a big deal, Summer knew that they had nothing to lose in the future, it was pretty screwed up already, Coming back to the past was their last option, she just had no idea that it would be so hard.

Chris let a small, sympathetic smile slide gently across his face. He knew that coming back to the past to change the future was hard. It was one of the most difficult things that he had ever done, but it worked. It made his life a whole lot better, and he knew thar Summer would succeed at doing that same thing. He walked closer to her and gently wrapped his arms around her, embracing her in a tight hug. "I believe that you can save us Summer. You have the power; you have the ability; but most importantly, you have the passion."

She hugged her father tight, She didn't want to let him go in case she lost him again, Finally realising how much she missed him. When he was killed along with most of their family in their future, Summer had supressed her feelings. She had taken her anger out on the demons that had been responsible but her brothers had to stop her before she got herself killed. "I can't lose you again..."

Chris smiled lightly. He knew that this was a very emotional and tough time for Summer. Coming back to save people who are already dead was very hard. It was hard seeing your parents again after watching them be killed in the future. He completely understood that, and it was a very emotional time, he got that, he truly did. He didn't really know what else to tell her, but he was doing the best job that he could to help her. "Then don't let yourself."

"I'm not going to let it happen again." Summer couldn't live though it again, and she couldn't go back to the future when her father wasn't there. She would vanquish the damn demon in this time with her bare hands. "Really think i'm going to get a hang of my powers?"

Once again, Chris smiled heartily. He was raised with the Charmed One's themselves, so he didn't really have a problem getting a hold of his powers, they came fairly easy to him, so he didn't exactly know how to sympathize with Summer. But she had to fend for herself. Sure they were there for her for a little bit of time, but not enough for her to fully grasp her powers and know how to use them correctyly, but he knew that she could do it. "I know you will."

She smiled, Then she remembered something. "You haven't met Pancakes." Pancakes was her pet rabbit that her father had brought for her. She couldn't bare to leave her in the future by herself and she didn't trust her brothers too look after her. She picked up her fluffy white rabbit. "Dad this is Pancakes."
