Dahni sat on top of the Golden Gate Bridge, lookingout onto the beautiful skyline as the sunset behind it. The city had just started to light up. She really never had seen anything like it before. She had never been up here. She smiled to herself and looked to where the Halliwell Manor was way off into the distance. If only I could have known them better than I do, she thought to herself silently. She held her knees to her chest and she held them tight. It was something she always did when she was worried, or scared.

Felicity shimmered to the top of Golden Gate Bridge and her eyes widened when she saw she wasn't the only one there. She closed her eyes for a few seconds and opened them again but no she wasn't hallucinating, the girl was really there. She wondered who she was. If she was a witch or a demon. At the moment she didn't really care since Felicity was neither but had to admit she'd have a small problem if she were a witch because shimmering was a demon power. But just seeing another with the same problem, as Felicity liked to call it, as her was astounding. "W-what are you doing here?" asked Felicity as soon as her voice fought the shock.

Dahni didn't even acknoledge the fact that she had shimmered in. It wasn't a big deal to her. "Just thinking, that's about it," she replied. Thanks to her whitelighter genes, Dahni was able to sense that the girl wasn't a demon. "I'm Dahni, Dahni Halliwell" she introduced herself, still staring out at the skyline, it was now dark, and the sky was strewn with stars.

(Ooc: Incase this gets confusing Felicity doesn't know her mother is Phoebe yet, she thinks it's the demon who raised her)
Felicity blinked at the girl when she said she was just thinking. She swallowed hard and let out a small, "Oh." And then took a breath and said, "That makes sense, I suppose." Although it barely made sense to her anymore. She had gone 7 years without any sight or mention of magic and now it was just popping back into her life. Worst part was she couldn't pick back old habits, the ones she thought she might need seeing as she thought she was half demon half mortal. A small smile threatened to spread over her lips as the girl introduced herself as Dahni Halliwell. Her "mother" hated the Halliwells with a passion she had told Felicity to never even approach them. They weren't worth a fight. But the talk in the Underworld contradicted that, maybe now she could decide for herself. "I'm Felicity," she answered and wondered whether to use the last name she had taken up. What the hell, how's she gonna know different? she thought to herself and added, "Felicity Stepcon."

Dahni turned around and looked her up and down with her cold icy blue eyes. "Nice to meet you," she said, her face turning into a warm smile. She stood up, appearing only about a few inches shorter than Felicity. Dahni was twenty years old, but she sure didn't look it. She tossed her blond hair behind her, making it shimmer in the light from above. "If you want to think yourself, I'll just go and leave you to it," her voice had a hint of a Southern accent, probably becuase she was raised by Southerner since she was three. She started to humm a little tune as she walked to the other side, ready to orb off.

"Nice to meet you too," said Felicity meeting her with a smile though not as warm as Dahni's. No matter how much time she spent in the mortal world Felicity had the suspicion that Felicity would never be as warm or friendly as other good people. It wasn't what she grew up with, it wasn't her instict. Felicity watched as Dahni stood up to be only a few inches shorter than her. She wondered how old the girl was but decided it didn't matter much. Dahni looked aroung 17 like Felicity or even a bit younger but Felicity got the feeling she wasn't. When Dahni offered to leave Felicity quickly said, "Oh no. You don't have to. You were here first. Plus, nothing good happens when I think."

Just as she was about to orb, Dahni stopped. Her feet turned normal from the sparkling blue orbs. "Oh, okay then," she said, rather silently. Dahni was very distant with people she didn't know, it was very lucky she even said hello to Felicity. She glanced back to the skyline, and to the place where the Halliwell Manor was supposed to be.

Felicity watched as the blue orbs disappeared as she had kept Dahni there. She just said 'Oh, okay then,' making Felicity rather awkward. But something about the girl didn't make her feel odd, she didn't know what it was though. "So you're a whitelighter? What other powers do you have?" asked Felicity knowing whitelighters in the Halliwell family also had witch powers. But then thought that maybe to make it fair she'd say, "I have shimmering, invisibility, and empathy."
