Rowan and Melinda were together in Mel's room. He had spent time with her for the past few days. He worried because of what she had told him. He was thinking about what Chloe had told him about her mother. Chloe had told Rowan that her mother died after birth and he wouldn't say anything about her. If Mel was Chloe's mother, he would have to protect in everyway possible.
Rowan smiled as he and Melinda were laying together in her room. He watched as she was sleeping. He gently kissed her on the cheek.

Melinda was asleep in his arms, It was the first time in weeks she had slept well. Mainly because her nightmare hadn't come back last night. The nightmare that involved her demon ex boyfriend from hell. She stirred when he kissed her cheek. She opened her eyes and smiled. "Hey..."

Rowan smiled. "Hey." He whispered. "How did you sleep?" He asked. Rowan had spent the night with her. He didn't want anything to happen to her. He truly loved her with all his heart.

"Best night's sleep i've had in weeks." She smiled but didn't really want to go into detail why she hadn't been sleeping great. She didn't want to worry him even more than what he already was.

"That's good to hear." Rowan smiled. Rowan pulled himself closer to her as he yawned. "I'm pretty sleepy." He said. Rowan gave Melinda a peck on the lips. "I'm going to try to get some sleep." He said to her. He slowly closed his eyes as he gently kissed Melinda on the forehead and placed his head on the pillow, beginning to fall asleep.

She smiled and rested her head against him. She was happy and nothing could spoil it - well her mum or dad could if they walked in but that was highly unlikely as her mother was acting strange and her father knew to stay out of her room. She looked up at him and watched as he slept. She kissed him softly.

As Mel kissed him, Rowan smiled in his sleep. A dream started immediately as he began to sleep. It was a beautiful dream. It was about him and Melinda:

Dream
Rowan walked into the living room. He looked to see a bunch of pictures of him and Mel together. One picture had Rown and Melinda with a baby in Mel's arms. Rowan smiled as he saw the picture. He saw his reflection in the picture frame, he had shoulder length hair with some grey hairs to be found and he had glasses on. He then looked down to his hand to see a wedding band.
Rowan looked to see Melinda enter the living room with a wide smile on her face. She gave him a passionate kiss. "Hi, honey." She greeted. "Hi." Rowan said, kissing her back.
