She hardly ever came up here, though she had heard Whitelighters liked too. She knew why now. It was relaxing. Iris had be fulled of tension, with the visions she had seen from Kyra that day but now she had finally thought it out, and realise she should consider herself lucky. She was in alot better position that some other's were. She sat on the edge of the bridge. She would remember this, feeling...happy. It was new to her, and she liked it. The breeze was light and just perfect for her, increasing her happiness. She smiled- something she had been doing alot lately as she watched the view and could feel the calm presence of the night sky above her.

Lucas shimmered onto the top of the Golden Gate bridge. Though he didn't have a sensing power or anything, he felt some wierd need to go here. Once he arrived, he looked towards Iris. He smiled lightly, that was why. He noticed her smiling, which only made his smile broaden. He looked over the edge, as he felt his stomach drop inside of him. He wasn't too great with heights, another reason he wouldn't make that great of a demon, he had a lot of fears.
"Iris?" He asked lightly, though he knew that it was her, he still felt the need to let his presence be known, and that was the first way that came to his mind.

Iris looked around. She was started to see him but pushing aside that could feel her joy raising even more. She didn't get up but she was turned around -a slightly dangerous thing to do when sitting on the edge of Golden Gate Bridge, but even if she fell she did have teleportation. "Lucas," she said, though more as a greeting than as a question or statement. She noticed the look on his face when he saw how very far the drop was and barely stifled her laughter. She opened her mouth to tease him but closed it back, not wanting to offend him either.

Lucas smiled once she realized that he was there. And then laughed slightly when she laughed at him for his fear of heights. "I'm sorry I'm such a bad demon." He laughed again, making jokes at himself. "I am not too fond of heights, that's all." He looked over the edge once more, just to confirm his fears. They were really really high up in the air. His smile faltered as he sat down lightly, more towards the center of the platform that they were on. It was harder for him to see downwards now, and so he liked this position much better.

"Well being a bad Demon should be good I guess for someone's who is good," she pointed out. She paused for a minute, thinking over what she had just said."So, how have you been?" she asked, smiling as he sat down as well.

Lucas laughed lightly at what she said. There were too many different uses of the words bad and good in that sentance for it to make sense. Once he stopped laughing he smirked, and finally made sense out of what she meant, and it was true, he had a lot of qualities that were bad for being a demon, so it basically locked his spot at not having to be one, which was good for him.
His smirk now turned into a smile. "I'm doing alright. How about you?"

"I'm...better," she said with a smile. "Axelia is a bit unnerving though," she added, though more to herself than to him. "So, how are your powers coming along? They get stronger the longer you have them and the more you practise."

Though Lucas didn't really know too much about her personal life from the one meeting that they had had before this, he did know who Axelia was, and what her relationship to Iris was. He also knew that she was having a really hard time with it because she didn't like her, and it was just a huge mess to her. He didn't like her to have to go through that. It must be hard to find out you had a long lost sister all along, and then even worse, she turns out to be the Queen of the Underworld.
He smiled lightly at the question about his powers. He held out both his hands, and a large fireball appeared in each of them. With the swirling wooden looking circles hovering around both of them. He was getting quite strong and precise with these. He rather liked them. Shimmering, that was amazing though. The rush you get when you did it. He shimmered to another spot on top of the bridge, and then another and another, then back to his original spot, smiling. Then his hand began to glow a golden color as he held it to the distant sky. A large beam emitted from it. "I would say so." He glanced to her as the beam faded out. He had been working with them a lot, and he felt way more confident about them.

From the look on his face, she could tell Lucas was probably pondering over her and Axelia. It was as strange as it could get, ever in a world where there were magic, witches, demons and fairies. Axelia, her only family left, led her to think about his family. Realising she was wondering off she made herself listen to him instead.
She smiled. His powers had improved greatly."You're a natural. You pick up faster than I do on powers, at least. I think it's because I have too much," she told him thoughtfully.

Lucas got a huge smile across his face, and he blushed slightly. He didn't take compliments well, though he loved getting them, they always made him blush and feel really embarrased afterwords, which is exactly how he will feel after this, and already. With the smile staying on his face he talked. "Thanks. I tried working them one at a time, until I felt comfortable, then moved on to the next. I felt that it worked better that way, then trying them all at the same time and trying to make them work that way."
