Lucas was kind of upset at the way that she reacted to him being good, but he was trying to ignore that gnawing in his stomach and tried to listen to her explanation of why she reacted that way. And what she said was understandable, she was raised that way. He understood that, he really did. But sometimes people need to change. He smiled lightly towards her. "Look, Alexandra. I understand that you were raised around that, and so that's the only thing you know. I get that, I truly do. But now you are old enough to chose for yourself. Go with what your heart tells you. Not what the society tells you."

Alex sensed that she had upsetted him a bit by freaking out by his answer. Smooth move, Al. She thought to herself, shaking her head again. Yeah.. I know I can choose for myself. Alexandra looked down to the ground, feeling kind of bad.I think.. She mumbled. Well, I don't really know what my heart is telling me. But I think I want to be.. She sighed. ..friends. Stumbling over the word, she looked up at the guy and gave a slight smile.Wait..you never did tell me what your name was. Alexandra smirked, and stared at him with her bright green eyes.

Lucas could tell that he was getting to her, and he was happy about that. She was raised around evil, so naturally, that was what she was used to. But she didn't seem evil, she seemed pretty darn nice really, and so he wanted her to have a fair chance at life without having her path already molded out for her by her parents. He smiled brightly when she said that she wanted to be friends, because it meant that he really did get to her. "The name is Lucas." He said lightly, the smile not fading from his face.
