Prue never died, she was saved by Leo, but just barely. Seeing that they had almost lost the Charmed Ones the Elders introduce Paige.
Prue and Andy married at the begining of the second season.
Piper and Leo third season.
After Cole Pheobe met Noah, an Empath, and married him in the beginning of the sixth season (pregnant before they married).
Paige married Richard in the beginning of the seventh season.
Prue and Andy have two little girls, the eldest of the second generation of Halliwells. Piper and Leo have two boys and a new born girl. Pheobe has two girls and is pregnant with her third and last girl. Paige is pregnant with the first of her three boys.
The plot is extremely open and flexible so are characters.
